Made some progress on Randy’s hot rod. We pushed the car in the shop and got busy. Ended up moving the oil pump/fuel pump a little higher to get some additional clearance then Bryan brought the busted up turbo over to start figuring out where the turbo was gonna go. With this dry sump stuff, there is very little room so the turbo is gonna be mounted sideways since that is the only way it will currently fit. Laying out the pipes was fairly straight forward once the turbo location was finalized. This is a mild steel hot side, that will work perfect for what we are doing. One step closer to firing this thing up.
