How to Gap Spark Plugs / New v/s Old Gappers / Which is Best?

How to gap spark plugs. It’s pretty simple, but here are a couple of the different gappers and which one to use. Surprisingly, the old school gappers work pretty decent. But I prefer the newer style, but there is a catch……..you have to understand how it works and that the electrode does spring back some. I guess any of them will work, it just becomes a user preference and may also depend on how often you have to gap plugs and how many you are gapping in one setting. If gapping for normal cars, boats, equipment make sure to follow the specs listed for that piece of equipment, they know what works best!
