Nothing like last minute repairs on the race car to get to the track. Randy did lots of driving and the stars aligned and we got his hot rod fired back up tonight. Bryan and Randy did the bulk of the work, and with our race at Galot getting canceled I was able to pitch in. Heads were gone through and are fresh again. This engine is really rough on valve terrain parts when we hit a limiter, so we are working on ways to make it easier on parts. Fire in the hole, started up easily and every thing seems to be top notch. We are race ready, and will be racing at Piedmont Dragway in the Carolina N/T series this weekend! Is it fast? I hope we have a successful weekend!
