Engine is Destroyed, but is it Salvageable? All Aluminum SBC!

Today, we continue to tear down the engine to get a game plan together to get it back going. A few things are certain, the Bryant Crankshaft is now JUNK, we are going with a 400 main crankshaft to eliminate the spacer bearings and getting some NEW MGP Connecting Rods. This is gonna give us some additional cubic inches and more compression which should greatly increase spool characteristics. The new crankshaft is 3.75 stroke so with the new 6″ connecting rods and current pistons we will have 409ci. I think we are gonna like it!
