Finally got some progress done on getting the engine back together. This is a sloppy mechanics style of rebuild, on a budget! Has a Dart Iron Eagle block, with a Bryant crankshaft. All used stuff so nothing really matches. Block has 400 main bearing bores, and the crankshaft is 350 main. So spacer bearings were used to make the crankshaft fit into the block. But the fear of having the bearings spin each other, lead me down the road of using a strong loctite to lock the bearings together. But this of coarse tightened the bearings some.
